What the test found

OpenSpec CLI v1.14.0 builds and runs: version command prints 1.14.0, init creates the openspec/ directory structure with specs/, changes/, and config.yaml, help lists all commands, and all test files that completed execution passed their tests.

Missing Node.js v20.19+ prevents install. Fixed with n and npm. Test suite passes individually but hangs in large batches due to process fork exhaustion in this container; all 65+ test files I ran individually or in small batches passed entirely.

Argusic installed OpenSpec in 10 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 1 of 1 recorded error was worked through (see the timeline below).
