esp-v2 tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

Go Config Manager builds and all 20 Go test packages pass. Config Manager binaries are functional (configmanager, bootstrap, gcsrunner, echo_server). Envoy C++ proxy build fails due to missing clang-14; gcc works as fallback but full build is too large for container.

Go toolchain installed manually (go1.26.10). Proto Go stubs generated from api/ protos by installing protoc and protoc-gen-go. All 4 Go binaries build and respond to --help. All 20 src/go test packages pass. C++ Envoy build requires Bazel 6.1.0 (installed) and a C++ compiler; 2.3GB of build artifacts were cached before server was killed. Pre-existing go vet warnings in gcsrunner/serviceaccount.go (unexported json tags). Brotli C library missing for tests/endpoints/bookstore_grpc CGo client (pre-existing system dep).

Argusic installed esp-v2 in 11 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 1 of 1 recorded error was worked through (see the timeline below).
