The Java backend builds and all 1752 unit tests pass with 0 failures. The agent-flow and frontend Node projects install and build to production bundles without errors. The frontend static build serves on localhost:3310 and returns HTTP 200.

The repo has both a Java/Maven backend (136 modules, FIT framework) and a React frontend. Standard deploy requires Docker+PostgreSQL (unavailable). Full toolchain was set up manually. Node.js v18.19.1 was pre-installed (README says >=20 but works fine). Backend tests all pass with in-memory DB and mock servers.
