What the test found

Horizon builds and all Rust crate tests pass (1074 client lib, 159 world, 104 core, 84 protocol, 50 server, 257 Python), launcher builds and tests (117/1 flaky), dedicated server binary responds to commands; GUI client requires a GPU with Vulkan to render, which this container lacks.

Audio/controllers disabled via --no-default-features since libasound2-dev and libudev-dev not installable without root. Created local pkg-config stubs for xcb, xkbcommon, xkbcommon-x11 to build the launcher. Dedicated server binary (horizon-server) builds and starts (initSettings works). All Rust crates build and test except horizon-dualsense (needs libudev-dev headers).

Argusic installed horizon in 16 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
