The repository installs and builds on Linux x86_64 with Node 24.21.0. The bundled Yarn 3.2.4 resolves all workspace dependencies. Angular 14 and Electron 44 build successfully. All 8 unit tests (profile/backup) and all 35 storage service tests pass. The storage service REST API serves /health, /v1/projects CRUD, and /v1/sources correctly. The Electron desktop app launches under Xvfb, starts the storage service and chat server on loopback ports, and writes data to the configured KC_PROFILE_DIR.

All commands ran inside an Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64 container with Xvfb on :99. Electron 44.6.0 dbus warnings about missing system bus are benign (no dbus daemon). Angular modules and Electron webpack builds completed without errors. No third-party API keys were required because no AI chat features were exercised.
