What the test found

Web app installs, builds, serves 200 on /, /api/agents, /api/scenarios, /api/templates, creates and outlines projects via the API, and its 67-test suite passes; the Electron desktop app could not launch in the rootless container (SUID sandbox requires root).

Verified web app end to end via HTTP; desktop shell launch blocked by container sandbox constraints (no root), not by project code. No third-party keys needed.
