npm install required meteor npm (npm 11) due to npm: alias in overrides. System Node is v18.19.1 but project needs ~26.x. 527 Meteor server tests passed. Dev server launched with WRITABLE_PATH and MONGO_URL set, answered HTTP 200. The 129 failing Node suites are pre-existing: translation placeholder audits expect the Meteor/npm versions from the original lockfile, git-history tests need a non-shallow clone, and ~20 tests depend on MongoDB or Meteor runtime. All fix classes are known/pre-existing.
