Token Monitor installed, linted, and all 4056 tests pass. The Electron app, headless agent, and Node hub all start and operate correctly. Real Codex token usage data was collected from this container's existing sessions.

Node v22.15.0 was required (container had v18.19.1). Downloaded the official linux-x64 binary and used it via PATH. Electron 43.4.0 install script ran successfully after npm install. The Electron app launched on the virtual display (dbus warnings are benign in a container). All 4056 tests passed (4051 pass, 5 skipped, 0 failures). The headless agent collected real Codex session data in dry-run mode. The hub server started on port 17321. Verified real behavior end-to-end: actual token data was read from the codex runtime via tokscale.
