Project builds from source with Conan dependencies; flow library unit tests (15/15), IPC core link test, IPC transport structured link test, and IPC SHM unit tests (53/56) pass on real hardware with real IPC primitives

Conan-based C++17 CMake project. Tests exercise real IPC mechanisms (POSIX MQ, Unix sockets, shared memory). Install fails without root. Lend_borrow_test requires >2GB SHM. Session link tests require specific CWD.
