EPlusTV v4.16.6 starts cleanly, serves the web UI (200 on /), generates 200 virtual channels in M3U (200 entries) and XMLTV (4.2 MB, 200 channel elements), and serves them on port 8000. All provider handlers initialize without error (all default-disabled). Sharp image library functions correctly. No real provider credentials were configured so programme entries show as empty, which is expected behavior.
