What the test found
A fresh pnpm install and full monorepo build succeed with no warnings, all 1815 tests pass, the shaders CLI answers --version (4.0.4) and --help, and the build outputs 200 registered shaders plus loadable js/react/vue/svelte/partner packages, with WebGPU rendering not exercisable because the container has no GPU.
LOCAL_TOOLS=/home/runner/.local/node-v22.20.0-linux-x64/bin. No third-party credentials were needed. Solid under plain Node resolves solid-js/web to the SSR entry (server build lacks client-only 'use'); it loads correctly when a bundler resolves the client entry (web.js does export use/createComponent/Portal). Actual WebGPU frames could not be produced because no GPU exists in the container.
