All four Tile38 binaries (tile38-server 97MB, tile38-cli 4.9MB, tile38-benchmark 5.1MB, tile38-luamemtest 4.4MB) built, the server starts and serves RESP/HTTP on port 49851, the test suite passes entirely, and spatial search commands (SET, GET, SCAN, WITHIN) return correct GeoJSON results.

No third-party credentials needed. Server starts, accepts RESP over TCP and JSON over HTTP, executes spatial SET/GET/SCAN/WITHIN commands correctly. All tests in repository pass with 71.5% coverage on core server package.
