ReactPress 4.0.0 API server starts on port 3002 with SQLite, responds 200 on /api/health with database up. CLI 4.0.0 builds and runs commands. 129/132 tests pass. Admin SPA cannot build on Node 18 (requires 21.7+).

API verified end-to-end with SQLite. 129/132 tests pass. 3 pre-existing failures: version check expects 4.0.0 but root package.json is 1.0.0, docs pattern mismatch. Admin SPA build requires Node.js >=21.7. No Docker or external services needed.
