nerdlog builds from Go source, reports version 0ff0e8c, and all three test suites (TestNerdlogAgent, TestCoreScenarios, TestE2EScenarios) pass without failures.

All three missing tools were system packages not pre-installed in the container. No source code changes were required. The project builds and all test suites pass cleanly.
