Shopper monorepo dependencies installed, 630+ Pest tests pass on SQLite with 0 failures. The npm CSS/JS build cannot complete because the @tailwindcss/cli package requires Node >=20.19 (only Node 18.19 is available).

All 630+ PHP tests pass against SQLite in-memory database. npm CSS/JS build fails due to Node 18 vs 20 requirement (node20 not available). Extension loading and PDO SQLite driver required manual setup. The project requires PHP 8.3+ but lock file had symfony v8.x requiring 8.4.1; composer update -W fixed this.
