Full Rust workspace builds and all 84 unit tests pass; kuma CLI binary displays help and version; autokuma binary starts and connects logic (fails gracefully without a real Uptime Kuma server).

Rust was not pre-installed; installed via rustup. All 84 unit tests pass (38 autokuma, 36 crdgen, 2 playground, 8 kuma-client). Both binaries (kuma and autokuma) compile and launch successfully. autokuma requires a real Uptime Kuma server to function; kuma-cli connects to one. The only issue was a pre-existing broken doctest in kuma-client which was marked as ignore.
