What the test found

On Node 20.19.4 the monorepo installs, typechecks, lints, builds all 6 packages and the production app, passes its full suite (1862 tests, 0 failures), and both the dev server (:3001) and the served production build (:5001) load in a real headless browser where drawing a rectangle and undoing it work with zero console errors.

No third-party credentials required. Firebase config, WS collab server (:3002) and AI backend (:3016) gate only real-time collaboration and diagram-to-code; core drawing/export/persistence run without them, so no mock was needed. Repo left clean (git status empty); only .npmrc was touched and it was reverted. Stale declaration worth reporting upstream: engines says node >=18.0.0 but install is impossible below Node 20.

Argusic installed excalidraw in 3.5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
