Core install, pixelshot/pixelrag CLIs, real page renders, text extraction, chunking, and the hosted search API all verified working; the full test suite passes 106/106 runnable tests.

Heavy extras (torch, faiss, serve, pdf) not installed per CI-style default sync; 5 tests skip for that reason (no pdftoppm/torch in container). All 106 runnable tests passed after fixes.

Argusic installed PixelRAG in 30 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
