What the test found

Memory OS Python packages install in venv, both SQLite databases (state.db, memory_store.db) create with all tables, all 66 plugin tests pass covering fabric_write/recall/export/retrieval/decision-capture/model-switch/obsidian/session-scoring, and the collapse attestation system verifies correctly.

Docker not available (no root), so Qdrant/Redis/ARQ worker stack could not be started. All Python-layer tests pass: 3 test suites totaling 66+ tests (plugin: 66/66 pass, collapse: all pass, sanitize: 24/24 pass). SQLite databases created successfully. Fabric write/export/retrieval/decision capture/obsidian integration verified with temp directories. Real embedding and vector search require Docker for Qdrant.
