UBI Rust workspace builds cleanly, the library crate passes all 169 tests (archive extraction, forge mock tests, platform detection, asset picking), the CLI parses arguments correctly (21/21 unit tests pass), and the CLI downloads and installs binaries via direct --url. Only the GitHub-API-dependent integration tests require a real GITHUB_TOKEN.

Library tests (169 tests) pass with mockito mock servers. CLI --url mode works end-to-end downloading real assets. CLI integration tests that hit GitHub API need a real GITHUB_TOKEN. Library covers all extraction formats, asset picking, forge API, and platform detection.
