Fathom Lite builds from source, all tests pass, and the server runs correctly serving the dashboard, health endpoint, and tracking assets on port 8080.

Full end-to-end verification: server starts, dashboard returns 200, health endpoint returns 200, all 5 test packages pass, user creation works, SQLite migrations apply. Static musl-linking was required for both the binary and tests.
