What the test found
Ruby 3.2.3 toolchain installed user-local, search_cop gem deps installed via bundler, and the search_cop test suites pass on both in-memory SQLite (143 runs/501 assertions) and a real PostgreSQL 16 server (144 runs/530 assertions) with the gem building successfully.
No ruby existed in the container; installed a user-local Ruby 3.2.3 from extracted Ubuntu packages plus dev headers for sqlite/mysql/pg. bundler-installed all Gemfile deps (latest AR 8.1.4). Default DATABASE=sqlite suite: 143 runs, 501 assertions, 0 failures/errors/skips. Bonus tier1_real: stood up a real PostgreSQL 16 (initdb+pg_ctl, user search_cop, db search_cop) and DATABASE=postgres suite passed 144 runs/530 assertions incl. fulltext to_tsvector and json/jsonb/hstore paths; a separate README-style smoke created products and confirmed Book-style queries (LIKE, brand:, price range, OR hash, negation) and generated SQL on the live server. gem build produced search_cop-1.6.0.gem. No repo files modified by the mission (only untracked Gemfile.lock/.bundle created; server and built gem left in /tmp and repo root).
Argusic installed search_cop in 24 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 5 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
