In a fresh venv with RealtimeSTT[server,faster-whisper] installed, all 591 unit tests pass, the Whisper golden test transcribes the fixture correctly, and the packaged production server answered 200 on /health, /v1/ready and /v1/capabilities and returned the correct transcript on POST /transcribe-pcm16.

Fresh .venv; torch/torchaudio 2.15.0+cpu CPU wheels (no GPU in container) then pip install -e '.[faster-whisper,server]' succeeded; repo git-clean; all fixes were environment-level, no repo files changed
