The Norconex Crawler 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT mono-repo builds completely with Maven and Java 21. All 247 unit tests pass and 22 of 30 integration tests pass (8 skipped due to no Docker). The web crawler, file system crawler, importer, and all committers compile and test without errors.

Java 21 (Temurin) and Maven 3.9.9 downloaded and used from /tmp; no system packages or root needed. The project built and all tests passed with no errors. 8 integration tests were skipped because Docker is not available in the container (AzureBlob, S3, SFTP, SMB, WebDAV use testcontainers). All other unit tests (247+) and integration tests (22) passed, including real archive, FTP, FTPS, HDFS, CMIS, ADLS Gen2, GCS, and M365Graph integration tests.
