What the test found
After fixing module-name casing, pinning Lombok 1.18.34, and adding the missing System.Subsystem config block, the Maven build succeeds and the ShadowBoot crawler app boots and runs the README's Void minimum-system demo to completion (exit 0, 'Pinecone Runtime : 136 /ms !'), while the full test suite passes with 48 tests and 0 failures.
Container had no JDK or Maven and no root to apt-install; used prebuilt Temurin JDK 17 (/tmp/jdk) and Apache Maven 3.9.9 (/tmp/mvn) downloaded from official archives, with JAVA_HOME set. The Spring Boot/Sparta server path (system/setup/SpringBootApplication.json5) targets unreachable hosts (b-serverkingpin, an external RabbitMQ) and needs MySQL/Redis, so it was not exercised; no mock was stood up because the crawler-runtime path fully launches without it. Launch requires CWD = repository root because config is resolved from ./system/setup/.
