Rust desktop app (opencut-desktop) builds and 4 unit tests pass; web app builds successfully; API app (Cloudflare Worker) builds; all three apps compile and function except desktop runtime GPU init which is expected in a headless environment.

Desktop app requires GPU (X11/Vulkan) which is unavailable in this container. Web app builds but has no test files. API app builds as a Cloudflare Worker. 4 Rust unit tests pass. The .cargo/config.toml persists the library path fix.
