OpenDots template installs, builds, starts, and serves its React UI at http://127.0.0.1:4310 with all 254 tests passing on Node.js 24.

All 254 tests pass, npm run build, typecheck, lint, and format all pass without errors. App starts with npm start and returns HTTP 200 serving the React client. The only gap is that Node.js 24 must be downloaded first since the container only has Node.js 18.
