All 5 workspace packages build successfully, 158 tests pass (117 unit + 41 e2e), the Nuxt app serves HTTP 200 on port 3000, and the CLI binary responds to --help.

Node upgrade via nvm was needed. Build env vars: SKIP_ENV_VALIDATION=true, NUXT_SESSION_PASSWORD, NUXT_PRIVATE_ENCRYPTION_KEY from .env.test. App uses pglite (embedded SQLite for Postgres-compat) so no real PG needed.

Argusic installed shelve in 3.5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
