What the test found

A MariaDB 10.11.19 server built from source stayed up on 127.0.0.1:3306 and answered SELECT VERSION() with 10.11.19-MariaDB, and PHP 8.1.30 plus ionCube Loader v15.5.1 are installed at /tmp/php/bin/php, but the panel's ionCube-encoded endpoints could not be launched without the missing license key.

Repo is a partial snapshot (8 PHP files; no test suite, no composer). README install requires root. Panel corpus exists only as ionCube-encoded zips from https://github.com/HamedAp/ShahanPanel/releases downloaded here; free loader decodes nothing without the vendor key. Verified-mock DB cannot execute encrypted endpoints.
