shadowsocks-rust v1.21.2 server and local proxy binaries run and provide a working SOCKS5 tunnel that successfully proxies HTTP requests returning status 200

This repo is a curated link list (README.md) and a shadowsocks server installer. The shadowsocks-rust binaries were downloaded from GitHub (v1.21.2) and configured. Both the ssserver and sslocal started, and a SOCKS5 tunnel was verified end-to-end: curl --socks5-hostname 127.0.0.1:10801 http://example.com returned HTTP 200 with correct content. The books/ directory contains markdown files that are affiliate-style book descriptions, not runnable software. Systemd services in install.sh require root; the binary itself works fine without them.
