With bun 1.4.4 and Node 22.22.0 installed in user space, bun install + turbo build pass; the Next.js 16.2 web app serves 200 on / and all checked routes via both next start and next dev, and the proxied 1080p webm video decodes without errors.

No test files exist in the repo (bun run build, check-types, lint all pass: 2/2, 3/3, 2/2 tasks). Next start and next dev both served 200 on /, /manifest.webmanifest, /robots.txt, /sitemap.xml; shadcn registry JSON at /r/loomix-player.json is valid JSON and 200; CDN proxy /media/croatia.webm returned 200 video/webm (13,843,414 bytes) and the download decodes with ffmpeg (VP9 1920x1080 + opus, 63.76s, zero decode errors).
