Node v18.19.1 shipped but project requires >=25.7.0. Installed via nvm v0.40.1. Dependencies installed via npm ci (566 packages). Build compiled with tsc successfully. CLI binary at dist/cli/index.js responds (atomic-agent 0.6.5). 594/600+ test files pass; 1 genuine logic-bug failure (sidecar concurrency test expects 2 LLM calls, gets 5). 3 flaky timeouts from resource contention. All eval-memory (22 files, 164 tests) pass. No external services required; tests use mock LLMs.
