What the test found

Eldiron builds and runs: terminal client loads games, renders rooms, and accepts commands; creator GUI launches with software Vulkan rendering and serves its Scepter API on HTTP 200.

All fixes applied; 7 pre-existing test failures in eldiron-creator (actionscript parsing expectations, block_props/block prefab migration fixtures) were not caused by changes and do not affect runtime. GUI creator runs with lavapipe software Vulkan. Terminal client plays real game files end-to-end.

Argusic installed Eldiron in 66 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 11 of 11 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
