All 990 PHPUnit tests pass with 2473 assertions, including a real HTTPS TLS handshake to www.google.com which previously failed due to missing CA bundle configuration.

Static PHP binary has default memory_limit=128M and no openssl.cafile path. Both must be configured via php.ini or -d flags. No source code changes were needed.
