Librian tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

The librian package installs in a venv, its liber script parser, virtual machine, and listen-mode HTTP server all work; the 4-test suite passes end-to-end.

Test suite (4 tests) passes. Project template assets are placeholders (empty jpg/mp3/png files). GUI (Qt WebEngine) cannot initialize in this headless container (no dbus, no fontconfig) so the desktop window tests are tier2_mock. The JS bridge tests (tests/test_pywebview_bridge.js) have a pre-existing URL encoding mismatch unrelated to our changes. The webview window unit tests (tests/test_webview.py) have pre-existing failures on Linux (ctypes.windll unavailable, exit-url mock assertion).

Argusic installed Librian in 0.5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 7 of 7 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
