What the test found

The cnats library built, installed to /work/repo/install, and its full 333-test suite passed against a real nats-server v2.15.1, with live publish/subscribe delivering 3 messages through the examples and an installed-library consumer program initializing with version 3.15.0-beta.

Streaming API not built: default NATS_BUILD_STREAMING=OFF and protobuf-c is not installed; TLS, JetStream, KV, micro, examples and tests all built and ran. Parallel ctest -j4 fails due to shared port 4222; serial ctest matches CI and passes fully.

Argusic installed nats.c in 18 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
