composer install succeeded with 142 packages, static PHP 8.2.32 and Composer 2.10.3 are available, 7/8 base unit tests and 1/1 helpers test pass using SQLite mock database, remaining 2 base tests and all command/controller tests fail because they need a populated Aimeos MySQL database.

The codebase requires a MySQL database with Aimeos tables seeded via 'php artisan aimeos:setup'. Lacking MySQL, the tests that need database queries against Aimeos shop tables all fail with 'no such table'. Static PHP binary at /home/runner/bin/php. SQLite SQL dialect overrides added to the test base class. Composer install completed 142 packages without errors.
