Docker-dependent service tests (container matrix, service integration) could not run — no Docker daemon in the container and no root access to install it. All Deno/Node bash-level and TypeScript-level tests pass. The Harbor CLI installs from source, the frontend builds, lint rules validate, docs utilities unit-test, test orchestrator unit-tests, and macOS requirements stub-tests all pass. Lockfiles regenerated from v5 to v4 format to match installed Deno 2.2.0.
