What the test found

The repo installed and built (jazz-tools CLI, WASM, NAPI, jazz-tools dist, docs), the jazz-tools server answered /health with HTTP 200, the docs site served / and /docs with 200, 3837 Rust tests plus the napi/jazz-tools/create-jazz/inspector/jazz-rn suites passed, and only the auth-simple-chat browser test remained failing.

All setup lived outside the repo; git working tree is clean. libclang/pnpm/Rust/Node22 were placed in /tmp and ~/.cargo, not system dirs, because there is no root. auth-simple-chat failure appears pre-existing (test token shape vs. identity validation), not caused by setup.

Argusic installed jazz in 82 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 5 of 6 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
