The huashu-nuwa Agent Skill is installed in ~/.codex/skills/nuwa-skill/ (and /work/repo/.agents/skills/huashu-nuwa), its utility scripts run correctly, all 15 example perspective skills are present with Grade-A fidelity scorecards, and the Codex runtime discovers and loads the skill.

Agent skill repo (no traditional app). Verified via import/execution of all 3 Python utility scripts, quality_check on all 15 examples, merge_research on 9/15 with 01-06 research dirs, Codex runtime discovery of installed skill. The npx skills CLI install required Node >=22.20; manual install also done. No third-party API keys needed beyond the OPENROUTER_API_KEY already present.

Argusic installed nuwa-skill in 16 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 1 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
