What the test found

Nylon builds cleanly and its unit, router, and integration suites pass; the daemon launches rootless via NYLON_RUN_DIR and answers live IPC status queries, while config verification and sealed-bundle open round-trips succeed.

E2E Docker/TUN suite not run: no docker binary and /dev/net/tun absent. Two no_tun loopback nodes ran but WireGuard handshake did not complete, so inter-node routing was not observed; single-node IPC, config seal/open/verify, and all unit/integration/router suites passed. Go and rayon live at /home/runner/go, binary at /work/repo/nylon.

Argusic installed nylon in 46 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
