Node 24.21.0 with pnpm 10.32.1, PostgreSQL 16.1 compiled and running, all dependencies installed, database migrated, API builds and serves /api/config at localhost:1337, web app builds in 13.9s, 506 API unit tests, 332 web unit tests, and 79 integration tests pass.

Compiled PG16.1 from source with --without-zlib. Integration tests pass when run as subsets (79/79 across 5 files verified within timeout). The full integration suite needs >2 min and was not completed. Pre-existing test failures in task-image-upload, label-detach, github-import-bounds, task-description-pages, and authorization-boundaries were observed and not fixed per guidelines.
