What the test found

Django web application builds with venv install, migrations run successfully, all 10 tests pass (5 Django + 5 auth-gateway), and gunicorn serves the full user flow: create-first-user, login (302 to /), and /status/ dashboard returning HTTP 200 with 'WireGuard Status | wireguard-webadmin' title.

rrdtool-bindings package could not be installed because python3-dev and librrd-dev are missing (no root). The Django test suite and web server work without it since no Python code imports the rrdtool module. The ip command from iproute2 is also missing, causing a warning but no failure. export_configs management script requires /etc/wireguard which is only writable in the Docker container at runtime. All fix files are: api_v2/tests.py (moved 2 tests to TransactionTestCase, added create_if_missing flag), containers/auth-gateway/auth_gateway/config_loader.py (raise ValueError for invalid OIDC), wireguard_webadmin/production_settings.py (created, gitignored), containers/caddy/config_files/ (created test fixtures, gitignored).
