What the test found

Clip-Anything transcribes a video with OpenAI Whisper (tiny model), calls a configurable LLM API for segment selection, and outputs a valid H.264/AAC MP4 clip with fades.

The project requires an LLM API (originally Groq) for segment selection. A local mock server (port 8888) was stood up returning hardcoded timestamps. Real Groq/OpenAI credentials would be needed for production, but the mock is sufficient to prove the full pipeline: whisper transcription -> API call -> video clipping.

Argusic installed Clip-Anything in 7.4 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 6 of 6 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
