Installation succeeds in a venv, all 4 unit tests pass with a mock OpenAI server, Core module imports (DemoGPT, BaseAgent, BaseTool) resolve, and streamlit 1.60.0 is available to run the app.

All 4 tests pass with mock OpenAI server. The only source change is adding a query() alias method to BaseRAG (demogpt_agenthub/rag/base.py, +4 lines). Real OpenAI/API keys are not required. The demogpt CLI launches streamlit run demogpt/app.py. ChromaDB + sentence-transformers embeddings work end-to-end.

Argusic installed DemoGPT in 3.5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 5 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
