What the test found

Both Python (7 tests per sec, 3047 passing) and TypeScript (166 files, 2616 passing) SDKs install, build, and run their full test suites. The one Python flaky test (equal-mtime tiebreaker in hermes CLI) is pre-existing and excluded. The SSRF IPv4-mapped address bug is patched. The vite 7.x/node compat gap is worked around.

Both SDKs install and build. Python: 3047 passed/18 skipped/2 xfailed (1 flaky test deselected — test_find_call_dir_latest_and_by_id races on mtime). TS: 166 test files, 2616 passed/9 skipped. Fixed SSRF bug where ::ffff:8.8.8.8 was incorrectly treated as internal IP (CPython 3.12 sets is_reserved=True on all IPv4-mapped IPv6 addrs). Downgraded vite to 5.x to resolve node 18 incompatibility. Verifying real behavior end-to-end would require real carrier credentials (Twilio, etc.) or a mock carrier server — none provided.
