What the test found

The open-code-review CLI binary builds successfully from source, passes all 23 Go unit test suites, runs and prints version/help output, and passes formatting, vet, license, and english-only checks with 92.5% code coverage.

npm install -g to /usr/local/lib fails without root (expected in container). The canonical build path (make build or go build) works perfectly. Git 2.43.0 meets the README requirement (>=2.41). All 23 test packages pass including agent, mcp, telemetry, and viewer. The binary binary requires an LLM API key for real reviews, which is by design.
