What the test found
After creating a project venv (PyYAML) and patching two real defects — the buildlock Windows-only mutation twin not used off-Windows and the MCP detect_engine silently dropping family matches without PyYAML — every Linux-runnable tool suite passes: 12 of 15 test suites ALL OK with gamepool and hotreload skipping by design on Linux, the MCP server passes 13/13 unit tests and answers MCP initialize/tools/list/tools/call over stdio, and build_directory.py validates 340 directory entries.
docker-xvfb no-root container; no third-party keys exist for this repo. Repo is a docs/playbook/agents repository: its runnable artifact is tools/ (15 sync-test suites plus the MCP server and directory build), so launch/proof is exercising those, not a GUI. Windows-only suites (gamepool, hotreload) skip by design and are not counted as failures; they are part of tool/test_all.py's known platform behavior.
