What the test found

On Node 22.14.0, install and release:build complete cleanly, the full test suite (pnpm test) exits 0 with 1197 vitest tests passing, and the local-mode MCP server starts on loopback and serves its tools, reporting version 0.2.1.

Local keyless mode works end to end with no third-party keys; the standalone service command intentionally fails closed without NORTHCINDER_API_KEYS. Store adapters that hit live shops were not exercised against live credentials (their unit tests pass against fixtures).
