npm install, typecheck, esbuild main bundle, vite renderer build, and all 709 vitest tests pass; Electron app launches and displays its main window under Xvfb with --no-sandbox.

npm install had engine warnings (Node 18 vs required >=20) but succeeded. 709 tests passed. Build succeeded after providing dummy agency-agents repo. App launched and displayed window via did-finish-load. DBus and inotify warnings are cosmetic container-only issues.
